A very delicate yet flavorful oil made from olives grown in our groves in the heart of the village of Arquà Petrarca. From our olives—hand-picked and pressed at the local mill—we produce a slightly fruity extra virgin olive oil that is light yet full-bodied, adding flavor to dishes without overpowering their taste.
